Surface treatment: hot-dipped galvanized then powder coating

a. Heavy duty Crimp top security fence in Black and White colour

c. 40x40x1.5mm top rail, 25x25x1.2mm Verticals

d. Gap in between the pickets is 110mm

Main manufacture process:

Material: Hot dipped galvanized pipe (Zinc Phosphate is the only internationally recommended metal pre-treatment to ensure long trouble free life on galvanised tube)

a. Pipe punching: The hole is equality.

b. Panel welded: Welded point is strong,but welding spot is small,maked your fence looked beautiful.

c. Polishing: Make sure the edge smooth,cutting parts must be flat polished, there shall not be cut marks.

d. Sandblasting: Make the surface smooth, improve the adhesion of powder.

e. Powder coating: powder coated to exacting standards, by professionals who have invested heavily in "State of the Art" technology.

f. Packing: Each panel packed with air bubble film,then in iron pallet,and the outside have a total air bubble film.Standard export packing,prevent damaged and damp.
