The device automatically cuts and strips after setting the various parameters offered in the computer integrated. It is easy to choose the length of the wire, the length of the stripping or semi-stripping and the speed of processing, it can be adjusted from 0 to 9 giving an extremely fast stripping velocity.

Full automatic: Full automatic production to save the labor cost. The procedures of cutting and stripping are full automatic. It has also the function of quantify the wires. 
High Precision: BW-228 uses an imported high speed tungsten steel that improves the durability of the blade and 4 totally adjustable driving wheels to ensure the precision of the cut. Its precision is about 0.1mm. We use mute mixed stepping motor in this machine, so each step is about 0.1mm. 
Stripping: The quality of the stripping is excellent and the pressure is easy to adjust with the computer integrated. The machine can also strip in the middle of the wire, up to 16 stripping positions. 
High Efficiency: It can strip 7000-12000 pieces/hour within 100mm length of the wire, depending on the speed and the type of wire chosen. It can also be settled the outer diameter of the wire, time setting for automatic starting and automatic shutdown while no wire or wire tangle. 
Easy to use: The parameters settings are easy to settle in the digital display (128 x 80 Blue LCD). It is possible to specify the speed rate from 0 to 9 and they are also integrated the functions of auto quantify (up to 999999 pieces), bundle quantity (up to 99999 per batch) and time postponed. It can storage 200 programs and it doesn't need to reset parameters while changing the different wire. The program 96 is for processing the super short wire.
