FAQ
Q: Is the hair virgin and unprocessed?
A: Yes. HOWEVER,if you choose a special color or texture, we need to do some process on the hair. 
Only a few dark colors are natural color for hair.
Usually,most hair textures need to perm.
 
Q: Could the hair be dyed?
A: Yes. It is virgin hair, could be dyed. 
General speaking, it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten it. 
We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the extensions as you will get the results you want.
We also offer the service to dye for you, you can choose the color you like from our color ring, but it is a little risky to select the color from pictures or PC or mobile phone. 
Moreover,you can send your hair sample to make exactly the same color with your own hair.
 
Q: Can I wash & blow-dry the hair?
A: Of course you can. Shampoo and conditioner. We also recommend using a hair treatment on them every a few weeks, because the hair is not attached to your scalp,it is not getting the oils it should be. Using a treatment/hair mask will need to wash your hair products too much, about every 3 weeks. The hair can be blow-dryed on low setting, but it is not recommended to do so frequently. In a word, it is best to let your hair products dry naturally after washing them.
 
Q: What kinds of hair care products should I use?
A: Treat the hair just as it is your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioner regularly, and olive oil will also be a good choice to keep the hair healthy. You could also use gel or hair spray to keep its wavy.
 
Q: Why my hair get tangle?
A: Hair gets tangled because it's too dry, washing it with conditioner and it will get better.
 
Q: How long does this hair can last?
A: The hair can last for a very long time if you treat it carefully. Treat the hair like your own hair and take good care of it will last longer, normally it could last longer than 1 year.
