DESCRIPTION
NFJUPITER building maintenance units (BMU) are suitable for many types of building up to 200 meters high. With a cradle for two people, NFJUPITER BMUs ensure fast and safe operation.
The NFJA machine conforms to GB 19154-2003 and is manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001.
Standard series
Standard machines (series Ju 13, Ju 15 and Ju 18)
can have:
- a fix jib up to 9.5 meters with a trolley of 1800 mm
The hydraulic on the jib is used to bring the cradle close to the facade and to lift it over parapets.
The series Ju 13 and Ju 15 can run on rails or on concrete slab. Series Ju 18 on rail only.
This type of machine provides optimum access to every part of the building particularly in the corners. The end of the jib is fitted with a rotating spreader bar which enables the cradle to bring it parallel to the building.
This type of machine offers a high level of comfort to operators.

Safety systems for emergency

1 cradle overload safety device The BMU equipment will be stopping the service, if the cradle bear the load more than the safety load.
2 cradle upper safety limit As soon as the detection switch detect that the cradle lift upper end and alarm lamp lighted, the lifting function of cradle was failing.
3 cradle FINAL upper safety limit As soon as cradle upper safety limit was failing, the cradle FINAL upper safety limit will be enabled in order to protect the staff and equipment and property.
4 Cradle obstacle detector As soon as lowering cradle discover the obstacle(ex. Opening window), the warning signal was send and the lowering function of cradle was failing.
5 lower anti-collision bar Buffering the cradle and curtain wall may led side impact.
6 slack wire rope safety device Detecting the four suspension steel ropes, if one of the steel ropes was breaking, the equipment warn and start the safety devic.
7 Anti-Roll Bar Four Anti-Roll Devices, preventing the equipment was tipping.
8 emergency stop On urgency circumstance, pressed emergency stop switch and the equipment will be stop working and start the safety protection.
9 power-off protection If the power is breaking suddenly, equipment will start safety protection. Then the manual release system is to be provided to safely lower the cradle to the ground in the enent of a power failure. When the power is supplied suddenly, the BMU can not start for avoiding the unexpected accident.
10 lightning protection Special wire link the lightning system of the building, prevent to make the accident.
11 Power cable Anti break protection Protect the Power cable can not break when the equipment is traversing.
12 phase order safety device To prevent the Power cable is opposite phase,Lack of one phase ,Leakage phase,overvoltage,under voltage.
13 warning As sonn as the limit switch was started or fault occurs, the warning will give you a hint.
14 Text monitor when the limit switch was started or fault occurs, Text monitor can show you the fault massage in order to hadle it.
15 Limited weight index tag The index tag was sticked in the front of the cradle
